Van with driver
Van with Driver Singapore: Cargo Van, Driver and Optional Helper
A van with driver is Relo's smallest transport booking: a cargo van, one of our drivers, and a helper if you want the loading done for you. It suits cartons, e-commerce stock, office equipment, appliances and event props, as a one-way run, a multi-stop round or a daily route. If you searched for van rental with driver, this is that service: the van arrives with the driver, and you do not take the keys.
What fits in the van
A cargo van carries loads under a tonne in a cargo space of roughly 1.8 to 2.4 metres: a few dozen cartons, a small studio's worth of furniture, a run of retail stock, or one large item such as a fridge or a sofa. If the load is palletised or runs past a tonne, the 10ft lorry is the next step up.
One-way, multi-stop, daily runs or a monthly contract
Book a single one-way run, a round with several drops, or a van and driver assigned to your daily route. Recurring work runs as a fixed monthly contract with one point of contact, and it can sit on the same account as our contract delivery routes.
Driver alone, or driver plus helper
The driver gets the van and your goods to the address. When the load needs lifting, carrying, stacking or a long walk to the lift, add a helper: two people load faster and clear the bay sooner. The helper is a named line on the quote, so you decide in advance rather than on the kerb.
Basement carparks and CBD loading bays
Height decides access in Singapore more often than weight does. Most HDB multi-storey carparks clear around 2.1 to 2.2 metres, which admits a van and many 10ft lorries but stops taller 14ft box bodies and every 24ft. A van with driver is therefore the usual answer for a basement carpark, a mall loading bay or a CBD tower with a height barrier. Tell us the site and we match the vehicle to it.
With driver. Relo does not offer self-drive rental: the van comes with our driver, and a helper if you ask, so there are no keys to collect. If you searched for van rental with driver, this is that service; if you want to drive it yourself, we are not the right fit.
Our van with driver is a goods service: the driver and any helper are the crew, and the space behind them carries cartons, stock or equipment, not people. Relo does run passenger transport for staff and groups on request, so if you need people moved rather than goods, tell us how many people and the route.
It depends on the load. A few cartons at a ground-floor address with a trolley need only the driver. Furniture, appliances, palletised stock, a long carry or anything up stairs is a two-person job, and a helper is added as its own line on the quote. Describe the load and the access and we will recommend one.

Lorry Transport Service Singapore: 10ft, 14ft and 24ft with Driver
Relo's lorry transport service Singapore-wide runs 10ft, 14ft and 24ft lorries with our own driver, and a helper on request, for palletised goods, bulk stock, site materials and loads too large for a van. A tailgate and a pallet jack are available on request for ground-level loading where there is no dock. One right-sized lorry usually beats two trips in a smaller one.
10ft lorry: the small-job workhorse
Roughly 3 m by 1.5 m by 1.8 m inside, carrying around 1 to 1.5 tonnes: a one- to three-room flat, a small office, a run of appliances or a light palletised load. It clears most loading bays and many multi-storey carparks. Open body with canopy, or a tailgate on request.
14ft lorry: the all-rounder
About 4 m by 1.8 m by 2 m inside, around 2.5 to 3 tonnes, roughly double the volume of a 10ft. The usual choice for a four- or five-room flat, a mid-size office, a store replenishment run or a multi-pallet transfer. Box body with tailgate; pallet jack and cargo straps on request. It does not clear most carpark height barriers, so plan a ground-level loading point.
24ft lorry: bulk volume, ground-level access
Around 7.3 to 7.5 m long and 2.5 m wide, with payload up to about 9 tonnes: a large condominium, a landed home, a full-floor office or bulk palletised cargo in one run. It cannot enter most HDB multi-storey carparks or condominium basements, so it loads at ground level.

Lift and transport in one trip
Lorry Crane Services for Pallets, Machinery and Bulky Goods
Relo's lorry crane services use a crane lorry to lift a load that cannot be hand-loaded, carry it, and set it down at the other end: pallets, machinery, generators, bulky fixtures and event structures, lifted at ground level on and off the same vehicle. The vehicle that lifts is the vehicle that carries, so there is no second vehicle and no second crew. The lifting scope and the site access are confirmed before we quote.
What the crane lorry is for:
- Palletised or crated goods too heavy for a tailgate and pallet jack
- Machinery, generators and equipment moved between premises at ground level
- Bulky fixtures, signage and event structures lifted on and off the lorry
- Site materials set down where there is no forklift
What it is not: multi-crane fleets, heavy lifts or tower-crane work. If your lift needs more than a crane lorry can do, we say so at the quote. Containers loaded or unloaded at your premises run on our container stuffing and unstuffing service.

Relo's transport runs in three modes: a one-off ad-hoc job, a vehicle and driver on daily runs, or a fixed monthly contract with a dedicated vehicle and crew. All three run on the same fleet and drivers; the difference is how far ahead the vehicle is committed to you.

How it works
How Booking Works: Three Steps
Every Relo transport job runs through the same three steps: tell us the job, get a same-day quote naming the vehicle, the trips and the crew, and the driver turns up with the vehicle on the quote. If the load or the access is unusual, we ask before quoting.
- Tell us the job. Both addresses, what is going on board and roughly how much, the date and time window, whether you want a helper, and the access at each end: no lift, a long carry, a height barrier, a site with entry rules. Quote form or WhatsApp.
- Get a same-day quote. The vehicle, the number of trips, the crew and any access or waiting lines, in writing, so what you pay for is what you agreed.
- Vehicle and driver arrive. Our driver, and the helper if booked, arrive in the agreed window with the vehicle on the quote. Changes on the day go to one point of contact.

Relo does not publish a rate card, because a van run across the road and a five-stop lorry route with a helper and an hour of waiting are not the same job at the same price. Every quote is built on eight factors and written out as lines, vehicle, trips, crew and any access or waiting charges, before you commit.
